Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth across multiple channels. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, increasing revenue streams, and fostering long-term relationships with partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Identify potential markets, customer needs, and emerging trends to support strategic planning.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including Society Media, MyGate, and other stakeholders, to drive business growth.
- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategies to monetize advertising spaces on mobile darkstores, kiosks, and other platforms.
- Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets, including customer acquisition and retention.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs and partner opportunities.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on business development performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the quick commerce, e-commerce, or retail industry.
- Experience with Drones: Knowledge of drone technology and operations is highly preferred; a drone pilot license is welcomed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution and achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
